Reilly McCloskey brings over a decade of lived experience in long-term healthy recovery to his role as a Prevention Specialist, grounding his work in authenticity, empathy, and hope. His personal journey, getting sober at the age of 20, has fueled a deep passion for supporting youth in making healthy decisions and building meaningful lives free from substance use.
Before joining the prevention education field, Reilly developed leadership and communication skills through years of peer mentoring and community engagement. He has delivered workshops, facilitated support groups, and collaborated with organizations to strengthen recovery resources for young people.
Reilly’s student-centered approach blends honesty, humor, and practical tools that empower adolescents to navigate challenges with confidence. A lifelong Philadelphia sports fan and Premier League enthusiast (COYS!), he also enjoys photography and spending time with his nine-year-old Rottweiler, Lunoe.
